Tax payments may be made at the City Treasurer’s office during regular business hours 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holiday observances. City Hall’s mailing address is 900 Quay Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220. There is also a night depository located at the southwest entrance to City Hall. Real estate taxes may also be paid at any of the three offices of First National Bank located in the City of Manitowoc through January 31st. Please bring your tax bill. If you wish to pay your taxes using a credit card, that service is available by using Official Payments via the internet at www.officialpayments.com or by calling 1-800-2PAY TAX (1-800-272-9829). Official Payments charges a convenience fee for this service.
