***PHASE 2 - N. 8th St to N. 14th St is expected to start on Thurs, June 6th, 2019***
Starting June 6th crews will begin working west of 8th Street. Waldo Blvd will be closed just east of 14th Street (similar to the closure currently at 8th Street). Northbound cross traffic will be maintained at 8th Street across Waldo Blvd (except for up to 5 days for utility installation in the intersection). Similarly, southbound cross traffic across Waldo Blvd will be maintained at 11th Street (again, except for up to 5 days).

Project Information
The project area extends from County R to Maritime Drive. The purpose of the project is to address the deteriorating pavement structure that has reached the end of its service life, and to evaluate safety improvements along the corridor.
Project Schedule
2019 - Reconstruction from Memorial Drive to North 14th Street. Project is being re-bid on March 12th, 2019. Tentative meeting with residents and contractors on March 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. or March 26th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 900 Quay Street, Manitowoc, WI.Public Comments
