January 31Full payment of taxes due or if paying in installments, due date of first tax installment. Last day of property owners to file Forms §74.35 or §74.37 Tax Claims with the City Clerk.

March 31Due date second installment of tax payment.
April - MayAssessment change notices are mailed at least 15 days (30 days in revaluation years) prior to the Board of Review meeting.
May - on or before 1st MondayAssessment roll is completed and submitted to the Municipal Clerk. Assessment roll open for public inspection.
May - 2nd MondayBoard of Review shall meet during the 30-day period beginning the second Monday of May.
