About Permits

The below forms and project handouts maybe applicable to both residential and commercial projects. Please include any supporting documents for your project such as a site plan and a construction plan.

All contractors and tradespeople performing work in the City of Manitowoc shall complete a Manitowoc Contractor Registration before submitting any permit application. There is no charge for this registration.

The MyGov User name must match the name on the state credential / license where proof of a valid credential / license is required.
