Online Payment

There are two ways to pay:  GovPayNet or visit www.manitowoc.org and on the left side click on "Pay My Bill" and then select Parking Tickets.

Visit either site to make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

GovPayNet accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and prepaid debit card brands (or any combination):  A service fee is charged for this service, see credit card service fee schedule.

Please have the following information available when using this feature:

• Name
• Parking ticket number (example: 1050523 or 320000962)
• License plate number (example: 123ABC)
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Phone #       
• Credit card number
• Expiration date of credit card
• CVV code (back of credit card)

Once your transaction is complete, you will be provided with a confirmation number as a record of your payment. You must receive a confirmation number in order for the payment process to be completed. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Manitowoc, WI Parking I-IVR" or "W-Web".
