Snow and Ice must be removed from sidewalks by property owners, lessees, and occupants. Failure to do so will result in a notice sent by the Streets and Sanitation Division. Failure to remove snow and ice from walkways within three (3) days of this notice will result in city staff removing the snow and ice, and assessing the property owner the costs of this action. Subsequent violations will be cleared without further notice.
