The City has developed and is in the process of implementing a municipal storm water management program to comply with the MS4 Stormwater Discharge Permit. The goal of this program is to achieve, to the maximum extent practical, a 20% reduction in Total Suspended Solids (TSS) discharging to the MS4 to surface waters by March 10, 2008 and a 40% reduction in TSS by March 10, 2013.
