The Lincoln High Anime/Cosplay Club is hosting a Mini Con event as a Lock-In party at Manitowoc Public Library from 6:30-8 PM on Friday, January 27. This event will include a cosplay contest, panels, games, and plenty of fun. It'll be like a real con—only mini! Snacks and beverages will be provided! Registration opens Friday, January 13, at 5 PM. A signed permission form is REQUIRED for entry to all after-hours programs such as this. Call 920-686-3030 to sign up! Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 6:30 PM the evening of the event. Space is LIMITED!
