Not precisely the “Silent Night” you were expecting, is it?! Join Chad Lewis—researcher, author and lecturer on topics of the strange and unusual—for this special holidays-themed event in Manitowoc Public Library’s Balkansky Community Room at 6 PM on Thursday, December 8. It’s a presentation that definitely has the potential to turn your “Ho-Ho-Ho!” into a “Ho-Ho-Uh-Oh!”
