The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the City of Manitowoc until 9:00 pm on 8/10/2017.  A thunderstorm watch is issued when weather conditions are favorable for a serve thunderstorm to develop.  Monitor local weather reports for changing conditions.
