Thank you to everyone who participated in the January 18th Downtown Master Plan Community Workshop. It was a great success in large part to the exceptional community participation. Survey results will be available in the near future but in the meantime please view the current process and plan information by visiting the Downtown Master Plan Project Website.  

The community workshop included a presentation from the project consultants describing:

• The planning process to date
• Highlights of the Downtown economy and development market conditions
• Background on potential future development sites

Participants had the opportunity to review and provide their feedback on concept plans for several potential development sites in the downtown.  The top priority concepts will become the backbone of the master plan and marketing pieces to help attract investment and new construction.
