Are you interested in providing your thoughts and suggestions to help prioritize potential catalytic sites identified as part of the Downtown Master Plan ? Because we’d love to hear your feedback!

A community workshop was  recently held at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum  where city staff and the consultant team presented an overview of the analysis and input collected to date. The presentation also focused on potential catalytic sites where developer-driven projects could occur, possibly in partnership with the City.

The five potential catalytic sites were identified as follows:
•Burger Boat Park/Farmer’s Market Site
•Baymont Inn Parking Lot
•S 10th Street & Maritime Drive
•Jay Street Corridor
•Mirro Site

To begin the online survey please click on the below Downtown Master Plan Project Website and select the Community Visioning Survey. For each of the potential catalytic sites, you will be asked to review the three concept plans and complete the brief questions that follow.

We appreciate your time and participation on the Community Visioning Survey and we hope to see you downtown!
