The City of Manitowoc has declared a snow emergency.  There is a city wide winter parking ban in effect for Tuesday morning, January 16th from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.  No parking is allowed on any streets during these times.  Please remove your vehicles from the street during these times.  A $50 citation will be issued to the registered owner of any vehicle left on any City street.  The City of Manitowoc thanks you for your cooperation.
