The City of Manitowoc 2017 WPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Annual Report is available for review by the public on the City’s Stormwater Website http://www.manitowoc.org/dept_storm_permit.html and at the City Engineering Office, 900 Quay Street. 

Please contact the City Engineering Department at (920) 686-6910 with any comments and/or questions about the report.  The Annual Report was due to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on March 31, 2018 pursuant to s. NR 216.07(8), Wis. Adm. Code.
