This year Trick-or Treat will be held on Wednesday, October 31st, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the City of Manitowoc. Please be sure to turn ON your porch light if you're participating, and turn it OFF if you are not. Happy Halloween!
