The City of Manitowoc is excited to announce the adoption of the Downtown Master Plan.  The plan will serve as an official guide for land use and development in the Downtown area. A Public Presentation is being planned for Wednesday, February 20th. Additional details are coming soon! 

The plan structure has four levels including:

1. Vision Statement

2. Five Guiding Principles  

3. Incremental Strategies and Catalyst Sites

4. Implementation and Action Plan
