The City of Manitowoc now has a street sweeping day interactive address lookup map available on its website.  Go to https://www.manitowoc.org/412/Street-Sweeping and click on "district map."  Enter your address in the upper left hand corner of the page, hit enter and it will tell you what your street sweeping day is.
