For the Love of Eggs: Curated by the Friends of the Rahr-West Art Museum
March 7-April 3, 2021
Egg decorating is one of the oldest forms of decorative arts. In many cultures and society, the egg is considered the perfect magical symbol. While many of us take note of eggs around springtime, eggs feature prominently in folklore and legend all year long.
This exhibit, curated by the Friends of the Rahr-West Art Museum, celebrates decorative eggs from many different countries and cultures on loan from local collectors.
