The City of Manitowoc is participating in the Statewide Emergency Weather Drill- Tornado Warning issued.  A warning means that a tornado has been sighted or radar indicates that conditions indicate a tornado.  Seek shelter immediately and monitor local media for updates and changing weather conditions.
