Closures at Henry Schuette & Red Arrow Parks

Closed sign

Due to road construction on Broadway Street / Meadow Lane, the entrance to the upper portion of Henry Schuette Park will be closed beginning Monday, May 24th through approximately July 9th.  The entrance to the lower portion of Henry Schuette Park should remain open for the duration of the construction.  Visitors will be able to park in the lower parking lot and use the switchback trail to get to the Community Built Playground.

At Red Arrow Park, the City of Manitowoc’s contractor will be doing some repairs and maintenance to the open air shelter and to the concession stand building beginning Monday, May 24th.  Repairs are expected to take approximately three weeks.  A portable toilet will be available for use when the building’s restrooms are unavailable.  The contractor will work around any existing facility rentals.
