As part of the Youth Art Series at the Rahr-West Art Museum, art from students in grades K-12 in the Manitowoc Public School District is featured from March 6th - April 3rd, 2022. 

During this series, Mayor Justin Nickels traditionally chooses one piece of art from all the public elementary schools collectively, and presents that artist with a Mayor's Choice Award.  That piece of art is then displayed in City Hall and on our website from April 1st - April 30th.

Dreya Petri of Franklin Elementary School is the 2022 Mayor's Choice Award winner for the Elementary School division.
