On May 16, 2011, sex offender Marc A. Kakuk wil be residing at 1723A Dewey Street, Manitowoc. His victims have been teen and young girls that have been known to him. If this subject is seen at your facility or loitering nearby, you should immediately notify the Manitowoc Police Department at 920-686-6500 and press #2.
