January 5th - This yoga class is the perfect class to try to see what yoga is all about and create what is right for you. Basic strengthening and toning postures will be introduced along with some gentle stretches. Taught by Katie Persutti of Manitowoc Real Yoga.
January 12th - Introduction to Yoga balances. This class will introduce standing yoga poses that build strength and improve balance. Students will learn techniques that will help improve focus and concentration to improve balance. Learn how balance can strengthen your core! Taught by Katie Presutti of Manitowoc Real Yoga.
January 19th - This class will introduce students to poses meant to open and stretch the hips and the muscle groups attaching to your hips. Learn how to strengthen and stretch your back as well. Great class for those with lower back stiffness. Taught by Katie presutti of Manitowoc Real Yoga.
