Youth Art Month is here! Join us on Sunday, March 1 for Manitowoc's largest celebration of the arts. Manitowoc Public School District and the Rahr-West present Youth Art Month. Doors open at 11am, Presentations begin at 1pm. Enjoy music all day courtesy of the Public Schools' music department.
