Chef Andrew Dunbar will be declaring a “War on Condiments” in this Adults Only (18+) cooking class, convening on Thursday, March 9, at 6 PM in MPL’s Balkansky Community Room. If you’re looking for tastier, healthier (you’d be shocked at how much high-fructose corn syrup is in commercial ketchup), environmentally-sound (the amount of unrecycled plastic that’s generated using store-bought condiments is mind-boggling), just outright better hand-held enhancers, then this is the class for you! Chef Andrew will be guiding attendees through the production of ketchup, a pair of mustards, and a tasty relish!
